How to Sign Up to Flexischools

1. Register with Flexischools

Open your Flexischools app and click ‘Register'.

1. Submit your email to create an account.

2. In your inbox, open the registration email.

3. Click the link within and follow registration prompts in app.

2. Enter your child’s details

Once your account is set up, log into your Flexischools app

1. Select ‘Profile’ icon on the navigation bar.
2. Under ‘Students’, click ‘Add new’.
3. Enter your child’s name, school, year level, and class. Click ‘Submit’.

How to place your child's order

Here’s how to order food on Flexischools

1. Click ‘Order food’ - top of app home screen
2. Select the student you’d like to order for
3. Choose a service (e.g. lunch) and order date
4. Select any items you’d like to order
5. Once finished, click ‘View order’
6. Select ‘Checkout & pay’ to place your order

PLEASE NOTE:

• Monday-Thursday online orders cut off at 8:50am
• Friday online orders cut off is 8:30am

How your child receives their order

Close to the break, orders are placed in your child's class canteen tub.

Two students from each class will collect their class tub from the canteen for distribution back in the classroom under their teacher's supervision.

Over the counter service - recess and lunch

Some items are available over the counter at recess and lunch.

All items are priced between 50c and $2.50.

This provides your child with the opportunity to use small amounts of money in a safe environment.

Emergency lunches

These are provided to children who have no lunch. They need to be authorised by your child's teacher. Your child will be given the choice of a vegemite, jam or cheese sandwich.

A note will be sent home with your child to notify you and advise you of the payment due.
